Yes, CoH: Opposing Fronts will be available for both DX10/Vista and DX9/XP…

We’ve asked the Inquirer to update their article. Here’s the actual update text:

“THQ got in touch to point out that while players will need Vista and DX10 “to enjoy some of the graphical improvements to the Essence engine, the game fully supports players using Windows XP and DX9 as well”. So you won’t have to run Vista to enjoy the title after all.”

    Buggo, can you ask the Relic team to donate me a new PC thats capable of running in DX10. :P

    I can run CoH fine at the moment, but come the release of Opposing Fronts I’d love to have all the nice new graphical improvements. hehe :)

    Ah, there was a lot of confusing about that point. Thanks for clarification, i’m glad i can stay with DX9/XP.

    Someone needs to tell them that it’s not CoH2 as well.
