Beta not live?
Hi everyone,
We’re currently in the process of figuring out why the beta isn’t live yet with Fileplanet. Sorry for the delay and inconvenience. I’ll keep you updated.
Update: 9:35 AM PST, talked to Fileplanet and they are scrambling to get it up. There was a mix-up with times. Urgh. Sorry guys. I am truly sorry for this.
Update: 9:58 AM PST, Fileplanet is putting final testing touches before pushing the pages live. The download link should be up shortly! Sorry for the delay everyone. We know how excited everyone is about the beta.
Update: 10:46 AM PST, Fileplanet is saying 25-30 minutes for the beta to go up. *fingers crossed* Let’s hope this happens!

wasn’t the point of their hosting the beta to get them good publicity? Well…this is def. ridiculous, and a poor job on their part. Here’s hoping fileplanet goes bankrupt, and is replaced with some people who know how to do their jobs.

Hmmmm… I still cant see the client on fileplanet. Should it be under Home / Gaming / Strategy / Real-Time / Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts / Game Clients ???? Cant get anything from there.

The beta isn’t out yet for Fileplanet subscribers, only those who won community beta contests and tournaments etc. Fileplanet subscribers will get their chance to download the beta soon. Thanks for your patience!

Buggo, I thought the Fileplanet subscribers were supposed to get the beta on the 31st of July (baed on this post of yours) Has this changed? When can FP subscribers expect to participate in the demo?

No the beta on the 31st is for the community who won contests and tournaments etc. It’s a closed beta for the fans who participated. The Fileplanet subscriber start date will be publicized by IGN.
