I ordered this weeks ago and wanted to download and play opposing fronts imediately. But instead recieved an email notifying me that at this time it wasnt available. I tried to cancel using their online service but an error on page 3 prevented me from canceling. So i wrote twice to cancel my order to customer service. AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE WEEKS LATER. Then on the 29th of Sept i get an email that the product is now available for download. So i go ahead and download it as the payment has come out of my bank account. I download and install it all only to be met with a security registration page.I input the said key into it only to be told its invalid. I have now written 2 more emails to their customer service and still have had no reply.So in 3 weeks have not got any communications from them. I am left with a game download i cant play. I want everyone to know they S..k big time when it comes to customer service.
